I am only relating my evaluations here however it really doesn't TestX Core automatically mean no strength training. After an evaluation by my personal physician (prior to an another procedure) I was advised that my piles were quite visible. He inquired about my lifestyle and I told him that I live a generally healthy lifestyle (with a reasonable diet) which is I love weight study. This last bit raised some eyebrows.
